Designing a corporate website for a listed company that acts as a hub for group companies, acting as a central link between them
TAM was tasked with creating the corporate website that would serve as the centerpiece of the group companies when GMO TECH Holdings, Inc. was established as a joint holding company between GMO TECH Inc. and Design One Japan Co., Ltd.
Due to the nature of the company as a holding company with many investors and significant social responsibilities, adhering to the schedule was an absolute requirement. We worked closely with multiple vendors, understanding the circumstances surrounding the dissemination of IR information as a listed company and the corporate communications of each company, and were able to work together to achieve the release.
Project planning to realize the optimization requests from each group company

The newly launched "GMO TECH Holdings Site" is a comprehensive site that covers investor relations information and business introductions of six affiliated group companies.
This project involved many people, and the production system was diverse, including TAM, GMO TECH, and an IR CMS vendor. In order to smoothly manage this complex system and prevent unforeseen circumstances, it is important to have a "project plan" that aligns the vectors and awareness of all involved parties.
To ensure the project progressed smoothly, we focused on the following three points as we promoted the project plan.
1. Designing feasible milestones by working backwards from the final product (release)
Because it was unrealistic for TAM to handle the enormous amount of tasks alone, we shared our enthusiasm early on, identified all tasks, and optimized the division of roles with each company while matching their enthusiasm. Clarifying "who will do what," securing each company's resources, and organizing and allocating tasks in advance are effective ways to prevent oversights and rework.
2. The shortest approval workflow that enables completion:
Because the complex approval flow typically defined in large companies does not fit into the schedule, we consulted with the person in charge and established the shortest approval route from the person in charge to the president. As a result, we also adjusted regular meetings to fit the approval cycle, and defined a flow that allows for rapid submission, confirmation, and revision on a weekly basis.
3. Communication that allows issues to be resolved immediately when they arise
In large-scale, complex projects, time spent dealing with issues can cause schedule delays. Therefore, we implemented a system of "immediate communication when issues arise" and built a system of collaboration that could be implemented at the speed of a minute. Creating this scheme greatly contributed to the on-time release.
Project structure established to release the site in approximately four months

As mentioned above, the production team for this project included TAM, GMO TECH, and the vendor in charge of the IR CMS. Within TAM, highly experienced staff were assigned to the specialized fields of project management, design, and development. A communication flow was established, and a system for swift collaboration with the companies involved was built.
A holdings site created together with the client, crossing boundaries between roles

It took about four months from project inception to launch. Projects do not always proceed smoothly. Promoting a project while ensuring both quality and speed is a very difficult task, and sometimes it can become difficult.
- 1. Delays occurred in the expected process, and the project did not proceed as planned.
- 2. Changes occurred in elements during the coding phase.
- 3. Materials could not be collected, and the project had to proceed under limited conditions.
- 4. More illustrations than expected had to be created
- 5. Oversights were made in the collaboration with each company.
Whenever an incident like the one above occurred that had a major impact on the project, we raised an issue, communicated through chat and dialogue, and made course corrections and adjustments.
In this way, the more the project progressed, the more aligned and enthusiastic everyone was about the project. This led to the emergence of harmony that transcended the barriers of business flow, and a natural and competitive spirit of co-creation. This earnest approach enabled us to achieve both quality and speed, and as a result, we were able to release a site that all project members were satisfied with.
We were selected as one of the "Outstanding Sites in the Growth Markets Category (26companies)" in Nikko Investor Relations' "2025 All Listed Company Website Quality Ranking."
